- The client is required to complete a survey confirming acceptance of the regulations and the lack of contraindications to completing the massage.
- The client is required to inform the Santi Bali SPA salon staff of any poor health or health contraindications that they have.
- The client is required to arrive 5 minutes before the booked time to make payment and prepare for the massage. The time of booking is the start time of the service.
- The holder of the gift voucher is required to show it to the receptionist at the Santi Bali SPA salon.
- In the case of a massage for minors, the parent is required to write a note expressing consent to the child’s massage. The parent is required to stay in the same room where the child’s massage is performed.
- Clients who are in the Santi Bali SPA salon are required to comply with the regulations.
- The duration of the massage is 60 minutes, 90 minutes, 120 minutes, sauna session 20 minutes. The time is counted from the client’s entry into the room until the moment of exit.
- In the event that a client is late for a given treatment, Santi Bali SPA reserves the right to shorten the time of the service by the time of the delay.
- The exception are reservations after which there is no next visit and the masseuse can perform the service without delaying subsequent reservations.
- Gift vouchers sold in the salon have an expiry date of 3 months from the date of purchase.
- A client with a gift voucher with a given massage can exchange it for a massage at the same price, lower or higher, but in the latter case it is necessary to pay the difference in the amount. When making the exchange, the client accepts and does not request a refund of the difference in the price of the massage in cash.
- Gift vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
- If the voucher expires or is not used within 3 months, the voucher loses its validity and cannot be used to finalize payment for the services.
- Santa Bali Spa has the right to refuse to perform a treatment in the event of:
- loss of the gift voucher by the client
- when there are health contraindications
- the voucher has expired
- The buyer or holder of the gift voucher declares upon receipt of the voucher that they accept the content of the Santa Bali Spa Salon regulations and undertake to comply with them.
CONTRAINDICATIONS TO MASSAGE
- Skin diseases such as mycosis, boils, psoriasis, herpes
- Cuts, acute trauma or fractures
- Fever or infectious infections
- Open wounds or ulcers
- Circulatory system diseases such as thrombosis, heart disease or high blood pressure (Also applies to Sauna)
- Early pregnancy up to 12 weeks, advanced pregnancy over 27 weeks
- Infectious diseases such as viral hepatitis or HIV/AIDS
- Cancers, autoimmune diseases
- Recent surgical procedures
- Active phases of rheumatic diseases
- Being under the influence of alcohol
